Morning Sickness -
Herbal teas made with chamomile, lemon balm, and peppermint are also known to reduce nausea. Use 1-2 teaspoons of dried herb per cup of hot water. Avoid peppermint tea if you have heartburn.

Swollen Feet -
Hot and cold footbaths. The hot water brings blood to your feet and cold moves it back out. Immerse your feet in the hot water for 3 minutes and then in cold water for about 30 seconds. Switch backward and forwards six times ending with cold water footbath.
After that rest for 10 -15 minutes with your feet up. Rest in your bed and keep 2 pillows to raise your feet. You will feel better.
Take half an hour's nap each day. While resting see that your feet are raised up as said so that it helps t take the pressure off your legs.

Get Heartburn Under Control -
Don't eat big meals and leave at least an hour between the evening meal and going to bed.
Wear clothes that are loose around the waist.
Dried ginger root has significant anti-nausea properties take either capsules of the freeze-dried extract or sip ginger tea or nibble on crystallized ginger.
Try not to bend over, bend your knees to pick anything from the floor.
Eat almonds chemicals in these nuts help to keep stomach acid and it also helps to give you high energy.
Combat Back Pain -
Avoid standing for long periods, backache becomes common, and standing for extended periods increases the pain.
Keep your weight evenly balanced between your feet. If you raise one of your hips you'll put sideways pressure on your lower spine.
Support your back sit up straight and press your lower back against the chair back.
If you're working on a desk keep your legs slightly raised on a footrest or small stool.

Minimize the Likelihood of Stretch Marks -
Nearly every woman gets stretch marks- on the skin that turn from purplish red to silvery white. They occur because the skin has to stretch and expand for the abdomen and breasts.
The stretching occurs in the collagen layers of the skin which lie beneath the surface so spending on skin care products won't help.
Keep weight gain under control

Pregnant women are more susceptible to constipation so your need to increase your fiber intake. High-fiber food includes beans, bran, and wholegrain bread and cereals, growing flaxseeds, leafy green vegetables, broccoli, and fresh fruits.
