Prevention For Age Spots--
Avoid the sun as much as possible during peak hours mostly from 11 am to 4 pm in summer or in hot climates and from 11 am to 2 pm for the rest of the year.
Apply sunscreen before going outside to your face, neck, hands, and back. Make sure the sun protection factor SPF is at least 15. The guard against age spots uses sunscreen that contains zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.
Wear a sunhat with a wide brim of at least 10 cm. Choose a hat with cotton lining.
After you have been out in the sun apply vitamin E it is an antioxidant and may help to prevent age spots by neutralizing skin-damaging free radical molecules

Apply the juice of a lemon to the spots at least twice a day. Lemon juice is mildly acidic and may be strong enough to take off the skin's outer layer and remove or lighten age spots.
Coat your spots with aloe vera gel taken from a living plant if possible. cut the leaf and squeeze it to extract the gel, the plant contains chemicals that slough away dead cells and encourage the growth of new healthy ones. Apply the gel once a day.
Blend honey and yogurt to create a natural bleach that can lighten age spots. Mix together 1 teaspoon of plain yogurt and 1 teaspoon of honey. Apply, allow to dry for 30 minutes an then rinse. Do this once a day.
A remedy for clearing age spots is to wipe them with buttermilk. This contains lactic acid, which gently exfoliates sun-damaged skin and pigmented areas.
Strawberries make a gentle effective treatment mask for fading age spots and lightening freckles. Mash 1-2 fresh strawberries and mix with 2 teaspoons of cream to make is sloppy paste. Apply it to your clean skin for 15 minutes then damp face with warm water and pat dry
